Statement as of 9:00 am EST on November 16, 2009 ... Portland had its wettest day ever recorded in November on Saturday... A 24 hour calendar day record rainfall for November was set in Portland on Saturday, November 14th, when 5.03 inches of rain was measured at the Portland jetport. This topped the previous record for daily rainfall in November of 4.70 inches set on November 10, 1990. Here is a list of the wettest days in November...
