* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
southwestern Somerset County in west central Maine...
central Franklin County in western Maine...

* until 730 PM EDT

* at 647 PM EDT... Doppler radar indicated a severe thunderstorm
capable of producing quarter size hail and damaging winds in excess
of 60 mph. This storm was located near Phillips... or 11 miles
southeast of Rangeley... and moving northeast at 20 mph.

* Locations impacted include...
Kingfield... Carrabassett Valley... Phillips... Weld... Embden...
Avon... Dallas Plantation... Madrid... Salem... Freeman... Redington...
Sandy River Plantation... Mount Abram... New Portland... Lexington...
