* From 2 PM EDT this afternoon through Friday evening
* expect a total of 2 to 4 inches of rain to fall in the watch area through Thursday night. Showers and thunderstorms will continue through the day... with the flood potential increasing as showers continue through Thursday night.
* Heavy rain from showers and thunderstorms may cause area streams to rise quickly... with small stream and urban flooding possible.
