The National Weather Service in gray has issued a wind chill
warning... which is in effect from midnight Saturday night to
10 am EST Sunday. The wind chill watch is no longer in effect.

* Wind chill... as low as 38 below due to temperatures 15 below
to zero... and winds northwest 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25
mph.
