Patchy drizzle or light rain and fog will persist across northern...central and southern Maryland through the afternoon hours. This includes the greater Baltimore area and eastern portions of the Washington Metro area. Visibilities of one to three miles can be expected locally in fog and rain...with visibilities of four to five miles more common. A cold front will move across the region late tonight...and is expected to aid in the erosion of drizzle and fog.
