Low pressure off the Carolina coast will continue to intensify...
resulting in a prolonged onshore flow through Friday night. Tidal
anomalies of 2 to 3 feet early Thursday morning will increase by
Friday as water builds in the Chesapeake Bay. By Friday morning...
moderate flooding will be possible.
