... The Flash Flood Warning remains in effect until 1000 PM EDT for
north central Prince Georges... northwestern Anne Arundel and
southeastern Howard counties...

At 912 PM EDT... Doppler radar indicated the heaviest thunderstorms
are exiting the area. However... up to two inches of rain have fallen
and local streams continue to rapidly rise. High water has been
reported in southeast Howard County. Flash flooding continues to be
a threat.

eastern Carroll... western Baltimore and central Howard counties...

At 847 PM EDT... Doppler radar indicated the heaviest rain has moved
east of the warned area... although lighter showers continue. High
water has been reported in portions of Howard County and local
streams continue to rise from recent heavy rain. Flash flooding
continues to be a threat.
