Statement as of 3:30 PM EST on November 14, 2009 ... Coastal Flood Advisory in effect until noon EST Sunday... ... Coastal Flood Warning is cancelled... The National Weather Service in Wakefield has issued a coastal Flood Advisory... which is in effect until noon EST Sunday. The coastal Flood Warning has been cancelled. This next high tide will occur tonight at around 1134 PM at Bishops Head and 206 am EST Sunday at Cambridge. Water levels referenced to mean lower low water are expected to be from 3.0 to 3.5 feet at Cambridge... and 3.1 to 3.6 feet at Bishops Head... resulting in minor flooding. Minor flooding will still be possible around the time of high tide Sunday morning. Precautionary/preparedness actions... A coastal Flood Advisory indicates that onshore winds and tides will combine to generate flooding of low areas along the shore.
