Flood Watch in effect until 7 am EST Thursday... Periods of rain will continue across Interstate 95 corridor overnight. The heaviest rainfall will remain across lower southern Maryland...however occasional moderate showers are still possible. Rainfall amounts will average around one quarter of an inch an hour. Temperatures will remain in the middle to upper 50s across the area...with sustained southeast winds of 15 to 20 mph. Occasional gusts to 30 mph will also be possible.
