A coastal Flood Advisory remains in effect until 7 PM EST this
evening.
Low pressure east of Cape Hatteras to continue pushing east rest
of today and tonight. Residual high water levels... combined with
the approaching new moon... to cause minor coastal flooding at
times of high tide across Virginia and southern Maryland this
afternoon/evening.
