The heaviest rainfall during this time will affect parishes in northeast Louisiana with some storms anticipated there possibility producing torrential downpours...frequent lightning and gusty winds. Rainfall rates will generally remain less than a few tenths of an inch per hour in affected locations...although much higher rainfall rates will be possible within any thunderstorms which may be encountered.
