The Flood Warning continues for the Pearl River near Bogalusa. * From Tuesday afternoon until further notice... or until the warning is cancelled. * At 8:00 PM Friday the stage was 11.6 feet. * Minor flooding is forecast. * Flood stage is 18.0 feet. * Forecast... rise above flood stage by 1 PM Tuesday early afternoon and continue to rise to near 19.0 feet by early Friday morning. * Impact... at 18.5 feet... Woodlands and crop acreage along the river will be flooded. The Bogue Chitto wildlife management area will be inundated with water in recreational camps and over access roads

The Flood Warning continues for the tchefuncte river above US Hwy 190 nr Covington. * Until further notice... or until the warning is cancelled. * At 7:00 PM Friday the stage was 23.1 feet. * Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * Flood stage is 20.0 feet. * Forecast... the river crested at 23.2 feet at 6 PM... and will will continue to slowly fall through the night. The river should fall below flood stage late Saturday night. * Impact... at 22.0 feet... tchefuncte Camp Grounds will be under a few inches of water. The Goodbee commumunity is threatened with flooding. Water will invade Camp tchefuncte's parking lot. Vehicles must be removed to higher ground.

The Flood Warning continues for the Bogue falaya river at Boston St in Covington. * Until Saturday afternoon... or until the warning is cancelled. * At 3:15 PM Friday the stage was 6.9 feet. * Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * Flood stage is 6.0 feet. * Forecast... the river will continue to fall to below flood stage by 7 am tomorrow morning. * Impact... at 6.0 feet... the river will leave its banks under the Boston street bridge and begin to flood the Boston towers property.

EF1 tornado began 2.5 mi SW of Folsom ending about 3.5 ESE of Folsom. Path length was 6 mi. Path width was 75 yards. Damage consisted mainly of several large Pine trees snapped in half and several large Oak trees uprooted. Numerous large branches were blown down. A few structures had roof damage and at least one large metal outbuilding had heavy damage.
