Areas of fog are beginning to develop across southeast Texas and portions of southern Louisiana this evening. This will lower visibility at times to less than a mile at times. Conditions will hold through sunrise before dissipating.
The Flood Warning continues for the Sabine River near Deweyville. * Until further notice... or until the warning is cancelled. * At 6:45 PM Sunday the stage was 24.3 feet. * Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * Flood stage is 24.0 feet. * Forecast... the river will continue rising to near 24.3 feet by early Thursday morning then begin falling. * Impact... at 24.0 feet... minor lowland flooding will occur. Low-lying roads in southwestern Beauregard Parish... including Robert Clark Road will have water over them.

The National Weather Service in Lake Charles has issued a dense fog advisory... which is in effect until 9 am CST Monday.
Patchy fog will gradually increase in areal coverage and lower visibilities to below one quarter mile at times late Sunday evening through mid Monday morning. Visibilities will rapidly improve by mid morning.
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving... slow down... use your headlights... and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
