At 250 PM...the National Weather Service meteorologists...in Shreveport...using Doppler radar...indicate an area of widely scattered showers extending to the northwest of a line from near Magnolia Arkansas to near Lufkin Texas...moving to the northeast near 30 miles an hour. Expect showers to continue to develop this afternoon and affect parts of the area. Rainfall amounts will be less than one tenth of an inch...with isolated amounts near two tenths...through 4 PM.
