The Flood Warning continues for the Bogue Chitto river near Bush. * Until Wednesday afternoon... or until the warning is cancelled. * At 7:15 PM Monday the stage was 12.9 feet. * Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * Flood stage is 11.0 feet. * Forecast... the river is expected to fall below flood stage by Wednesday morning. The river is expected to continue falling to a stage of around 9.0 feet by Saturday afternoon. * Impact... at 13.0 feet... homes in low lying areas on the downstream side of Louisiana Highway 21 near the bridge will flood. The access Road upstream of the bridge will remain inundated.

The Flood Warning continues for the Pearl River near Pearl River. * Until further notice... or until the warning is cancelled. * At 7:00 PM Monday the stage was 17.9 feet. * Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * Flood stage is 14.0 feet. * Forecast... the river is currently cresting at around 17.8 feet. The river is expected to begin falling by tomorrow evening and then fall to around 16.5 by Saturday evening. * Impact... at 18.0 feet... River Gardens subdivision will be moderately flooded with several streets impassable and a few homes flooded in the vicinity of gum bayou. A few homes will also be threatened in Magnolia Forest. Secondary roads to the river and throughout Honey Island Swamp will remain inundated.

The Flood Warning continues for the Pearl River near Bogalusa. * Until further notice... or until the warning is cancelled. * At 6:00 PM Monday the stage was 21.1 feet. * Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * Flood stage is 18.0 feet. * Forecast... the river has already crested and is expected to continue falling to around 20.0 feet by noon on Saturday. * Impact... at 21.0 feet... Woodlands and crop acreage along the river will be flooded. The Bogue Chitto wildlife management area will be inundated with water in recreational camps and over access roads. At 21 feet property east of Louisiana Highway 21 along Bogalusa creek will begin to flood.
