Through 3 PM...numerous showers along with a thunderstorm or two will continue to move northward across southeast Texas. Scattered showers and a storm or two can also be expected over the Sabine River parishes of southwest and west-central Louisiana. Rainfall rates will average a tenth of an inch per hour...although the storms and heavier showers will likely produce over a quarter- inch in a short time. Elsewhere over land...mainly light showers will be isolated. Over the coastal waters....showers will be widely scattered.
