Jefferson... lower Lafourche... lower Plaquemines... lower St.
Bernard... lower Terrebonne... northern Tangipahoa... Orleans...
Pointe Coupee... southern Tangipahoa... St. Charles... St.
Helena... St. James... St. John The Baptist... St. Tammany...
upper Jefferson... upper Lafourche... upper Plaquemines... upper
