Statement as of 9:00 AM CST on November 12, 2009 The Flood Warning continues for the Red Chute bayou at Sligo. * Until further notice... or until the warning is cancelled. * At 4 am Thursday the stage was 34.7 feet. * Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * Flood stage is 31 feet. * Forecast... the river will continue falling around two to four inches per day through this weekend... and continue to remain above flood stage through at least the end of next week. 829 am CST Thu Nov 12 2009 The Flood Warning continues for The Bayou Dorcheat at Lake Bistineau. * Until Friday evening... or until the warning is cancelled. * At 7 am Thursday the stage was 142.8 feet. * Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * Flood stage is 142.5 feet. * Forecast... the lake will continue to fall to below flood stage by late tonight. 815 am CST Thu Nov 12 2009 The Flood Warning continues for the Bodcau bayou at bayou Bodcau Lake. * Until further notice... or until the warning is cancelled. * At 7 am Thursday the stage was 199.2 feet. * Major flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast. * Flood stage is 172 feet. * Forecast... the river will continue a slow fall of around three inches per day through early next week.
