Statement as of 7:58 PM CST on November 09, 2009 The Flood Warning continues for the Black Lake bayou at Clarence. * Until further notice... or until the warning is cancelled. * At 6:00 PM Monday the stage was 106.3 feet. * Minor flooding is occurring and msg flooding is forecast. * Flood stage is 106.0 feet. * Forecast... the lake will continue to fall to near 105.9 feet Tuesday afternoon. 742 PM CST Mon Nov 09 2009 The Flood Warning continues for the Red River at Grand Ecore. * Until Thursday morning... or until the warning is cancelled. * At 6:00 PM Monday the stage was 34.3 feet. * Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * Flood stage is 33.0 feet. * Forecast... the river will continue to recede... and is expected to fall below flood stage by Wednesday afternoon.
