Brief heavy rain...wind gusts up to 30 mph and occasional cloud to ground lighting will occur with any thunderstorms. Rainfall between 855 PM and 11 PM will average a tenth to a quarter of an inch in locations where rain falls...with locally higher amounts of around one half of an inch falling from the stronger thunderstorms.
