* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for poor drainage areas

northwestern Owsley County in southeastern Kentucky...
central Jackson County in southeastern Kentucky...

* until 415 PM EDT

* at 115 PM EDT... Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This heavy rain is expected to cause Urban and
Small Stream flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas will result
in minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to one inch of rain has
already fallen. Another half of an inch to an inch of rain is
possible during the next hour in the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
McKee... wild dog... New Zion... Gray Hawk... shop branch... Loam...
Green Hall... Macedonia... dango... Atkinstown... Turkey Foot...
