A strong area of high pressure will remain in place through Memorial
Day. This high will keep a warm airmass in place... with daytime high
temperatures expected to climb into the low to mid 90s in most places
on Sunday and the upper 80s to near 90 on Monday. Dew points in the 60s
will create a hot and humid feel to the air with heat index values
reaching as high as the mid to upper 90s on Sunday and the lower 90s
on Monday.

Those planning outdoor activities should take appropriate measures
to avoid sunburn and dehydration. Drink plenty of water... wear light
colored... light weight clothing... and avoid strenuous activities
during the hottest part of the day. Check on the well being of your
elderly family members and neighbors. Make sure pets have shade and
plenty of fresh water.
