Montgomery... Powell and Rowan. In south central Kentucky...
Laurel... McCreary... Pulaski... Rockcastle... Wayne and Whitley.
In southeast Kentucky... Clay... Jackson... Knox... Lee... Morgan...
   Owsley and Wolfe.

* Until 8 PM EDT this evening

* slow moving showers and thunderstorms are expected to bring
locally heavy rainfall on top of already wet ground.
