capable of producing torrential rainfall as they move through
the region.

* Rainafll amounts of 1 to 3 inches will be possible over the next
24 hours. This rainfall combined with recent heavy rainfall will
lead to flooding in some areas.

to flash flooding. Flash flooding is a very dangerous situation.
