Statement as of 2:05 am CDT on March 21, 2010 ... Record snowfall at the Kansas City International Airport... A record daily snowfall of 7.3 inches was recorded at the Kansas City International Airport on Saturday March 20th. The previous record snowfall of 2.8 inches was set way back in 1892.
