Statement as of 8:59 PM CST on November 22, 2009 ... Dense fog advisory in effect until 9 am CST Monday... The National Weather Service in Dodge City has issued a dense fog advisory... which is in effect until 9 am CST Monday. Patchy fog of a quarter mile or less will become more widespread by midnight. The widespread dense fog will continue through Monday morning before beginning to dissipate. Precautionary/preparedness actions... A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving... slow down... use your headlights... and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
