central Kansas... including the following areas... in central
Kansas... Chase and Marion. In south central Kansas... Butler...
Cowley... Sedgwick and Sumner.

* From Saturday afternoon through Sunday afternoon.

* Showers and storms will increase in coverage by Saturday
afternoon and continue through Sunday morning. Between 1 and 3
inches of rainfall will be possible through Sunday afternoon
which may lead to flooding.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Flash Flood Watch means that conditions may develop that lead
to flash flooding. Flash flooding is a very dangerous situation.
Remember to turn around... don't drown.

You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action
should flash flood warnings be issued.
