* Winds... north winds will become quite strong as they increase to speeds of 30 to 35 mph... with gusts up to 50 mph this afternoon into tonight.
* Impacts... these high wind speeds in combination with the moderate to heavy snow may cause drifting and severe reductions in the visibility and make traveling very dangerous by this evening and tonight.
