Winter Weather Advisory
Statement as of 3:56 AM CST on November 16, 2009
... Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 6 am CST
Tuesday...
A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 6 am CST
Tuesday.
Light to moderate snow will gradually spread to the southeast as
temperatures cool to near the freezing mark. Snow will begin to
accumulate on grassy surfaces first and could accumulate on Road
ways as the day progresses Monday. Three to six inches of snow is
likely along the Highway 81 Corridor North of Minneapolis... with
two to 6 inches possible from Dickinson and Morris counties into
the Topeka area.
Periods of snow will cause some travel difficulties. Be prepared
for snow covered roads and limited visibilities... and use caution
while driving.
