Rain across southeast Missouri will continue to slowly spread across far west Kentucky and southern Illinois this morning. By 11 am...the leading edge of the rain will reach a line from Mount Vernon Illinois...to Dixon Springs...to Paducah Kentucky...to western Calloway County. Rainfall rates will approach one quarter inch per hour. This could result in drainage problems where leaves are clogging drains.
