Area of light to moderate rain extending from far northern Illinois southeast to far Northwest Indiana will continue to shift to the northeast this evening. Before it lifts out of the area...areas affected could observe an additional quarter to half an inch of rainfall over the next couple of hours. Accompanying the heavier rainfall will also be reduced visibilities which could pose hazardous conditions for anyone traveling.
