Rain will continue through the rest of the night with another 1 to 2 inches of rain possible by daybreak on Tuesday morning. This rainfall will likely result in flooding in poor drainage areas and on smaller creeks and streams. * Some locations that will experience flooding include... Elsberry... Jerseyville...
