Flood Warning
Statement as of 10:33 AM CST on November 14, 2009
The Flood Warning continues for
the Illinois River at Valley City.
* At 10 am Saturday the stage was 16.7 feet.
* Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast... the river is forecast to continue falling and should
fall below flood stage Friday evening.
* Impact... at 14.0 feet... the Road to norbut fish and wildlife area
floods.

The Flood Warning continues for
the Illinois River at Meredosia.
* At 10:15 am Saturday the stage was 436.4 feet.
* Flood stage is 432.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast... the river is forecast to continue falling and should
fall below flood stage Thursday night.
* Impact... at 436.0 feet... the city of Meredosia plugs storm sewer
outlets.
* Impact... at 435.4 feet... the Meredosia boat dock floods.
