Wind Chill Advisory
Statement as of 10:03 PM CST on February 26, 2015

... Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect from 2 am to 9 am CST
Friday...

* wind chill values... 20 below to 25 below zero in spots overnight
into Friday morning.

* Other impacts... frost bite can occur in 15 to 30 minutes on
exposed skin at the lower end of these wind chill values.
Extended exposure without proper clothing will increase the
risk of hypothermia.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Wind Chill Advisory means that the wind will combine with the
very cold air to generate low wind chills. This will result in
frost bite and lead to hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
If you must venture outdoors... make sure you wear a hat and
gloves.
