the Mississippi River at Chester
* until Wednesday morning.
* At 7:00 PM Monday the stage was 28.5 feet.
* Flood stage is 27.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast... the river will continue to fall to below flood stage by early Tuesday.
