The snow may briefly limit visibilities to a mile or less with accumulations through 500 am of an inch or less. South to southwest winds of 15 to 25 mph will produce some blowing snow in open areas as well with temperatures ranging from 20 to 25 degrees...and wind chills in the single digits to lower teens through the early morning hours.
