Rain will exit southeast Missouri early this evening...but continue across southern Illinois...western Kentucky and southwest Indiana. By midnight...the bulk of the rain activity will be east of the entire four state region. Before the precipitation departs...a brief mix with some light snow cannot be ruled out north of a Carbondale to Mount Carmel Illinois line. Northwest winds 10 to 20 mph with gusts to 30 mph will create blustery conditions this evening. Temperatures falling slowly through the 30s coupled with the winds this evening will result in wind chill readings from 25 to 35.
