The Flood Warning continues for
the Illinois River at Valley City.
* At 9 am Tuesday the stage was 19.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast... the river will fall to near 18.4 feet tomorrow morning.
* Impact... at 14.0 feet... Road to norbut fish and wildlife area
flooded.

the Illinois River at Meredosia.
* At 9:15 am Tuesday the stage was 438.9 feet.
* Flood stage is 432.0 feet.
* Major flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast.
* Forecast... the river will fall to near 438.4 feet tomorrow morning.
* Impact... at 438.0 feet... main Road in Valley City overtopped
* impact... at 436.0 feet... city of Meredosia plugs storm sewer
outlets.
* Impact... at 435.4 feet... Meredosia boat dock floods
