... Wind Advisory remains in effect until 7 PM CDT this evening...

* timing... winds will continue to increase through late
morning... and will be strongest during the early and middle
portions of the afternoon. Winds will gradually diminish toward
sunset.

* Winds... west winds will gust from 40 to 45 mph at times...
mainly during the afternoon.

* Impacts... driving on north south oriented roadways... such as
Interstate 55... Interstate 57... and Interstate 39... may become
difficult... especially for high profile vehicles. Unsecured
outdoor items will be blown around.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Wind Advisory means that sustained winds of 30 mph or frequent
