Statement as of 9:48 AM CST on November 08, 2009 The Flood Warning continues for the Illinois River at Valley City. * At 9:00 am Sunday the stage was 19.7 feet. * Flood stage is 11.0 feet. * Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * Forecast... the river will continue to fall to a stage of 19.3 feet by Monday morning. 948 am CST sun Nov 08 2009 The Flood Warning continues for the Illinois River at Meredosia. * At 9:15 am Sunday the stage was 439.6 feet. * Flood stage is 432.0 feet. * Major flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast. * Forecast... the river will continue to fall to a stage of 439.3 feet by Monday morning.
