...Snow possible Wednesday...
A powerful storm system is forecast to develop over the lower Mississippi Valley and lift north into the Great Lakes region on Wednesday. There are still considerable uncertainties regarding the exact track the low will take...which could mean the difference between very little precipitation...rain...or rain changing to wet snow. While uncertainty remains high at this point...there is some potential for rain to change to a period of heavy wet accumulating snow over portions of the region Wednesday.
For those with Holiday travel plans on Wednesday...please be aware that the potential exists for hazardous travel conditions. Please keep abreast of later forecasts and statements on this developing storm system for updates.
