Dry air will allow for colder temperatures to return Tuesday
night and Wednesday morning across eastern Idaho. Many higher
mountain locations will see another frost or light freeze. You
should plan accordingly if need to cover sensitive plants and
vegetation or take them inside.If you have outdoor pets or
livestock... make sure they are protected including food and water
supplies.

... Multiple daily maximum rainfall records set in east Idaho
Monday...

A record rainfall of 0.07 inch was set at Burley ID Monday. This
breaks the old record of 0.04 set in 1982.

A record rainfall of 0.30 inch was set at Challis ID Monday. This
breaks the old record of 0.26 set in 1952.

A record rainfall of 0.29 inch was set at Stanley ID Monday. This
breaks the old record of 0.16 set in 1984.
