* Freezing drizzle will continue this morning and then change to freezing rain mixed at times with sleet and snow this afternoon and tonight. More snow is expected Thursday night into Friday.
* Snow and sleet amounts of 1 to 2 inches will be possible especially along and north of Highway 20 this afternoon and tonight. Another 2 to 5 inches of snow is possible Thursday night into Friday.
* Ice accumulations of one quarter inch or less is possible today and tonight.
* Hazardous driving conditions are expected due to ice accumulations through tonight. The snowfall Thursday into Friday will also impact travel conditions.

* From Thursday morning through late Thursday night
* rainfall amounts from 1 to 2 inches Thursday and Thursday night may lead to flooding along area rivers. Flooding of Urban and Small Stream drainage areas will also be possible due to blockages from snow and ice.
* Rising water levels may also lead to potential ice jams on area rivers.

Areas of freezing drizzle and light freezing rain will continue to develop and move across the area through mid morning. This precipitation will produce a thin glaze of ice on untreated surfaces making for very slick walking and driving conditions.
If you will be out this morning... be prepared for icy conditions. Use caution on sidewalks and especially on the secondary roads... bridges and overpasses. Motorists are urged to slow down and allow for plenty of braking distance. Road surfaces may change from wet to ice covered with a short distance.
