A Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect until 9 am CST this
morning.

* Expect wind chills to range between 20 and 30 below zero... with
the coldest wind chills occurring around sunrise.

* The cold wind chills will cause frostbite in as little as 30
minutes to exposed skin.

... Another bitterly cold night expected tonight...

Under clear skies... temperatures will fall into the -10 to
-30 degree range late tonight and early Thursday morning. At
times... a light west wind will produce wind chills of -15 to
-35. Wind chills this low can produce frost bite of exposed skin
in less than 30 minutes.
