Winnebago and Worth counties until 400 am CDT... At 247 am CDT... National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms with very heavy rainfall across the southern advisory area. Doppler radar estimated anywhere between two and three inches of rain has fallen in the advisory... with local amounts of four inches possible. Slow moving thunderstorms are continuing to produce very heavy rainfall from around Forest City toward Manly. Runoff from this rain... as well as heavy rain that fell earlier in the night... will cause minor flooding to occur. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Bancroft...
