An area of rain extending from Concordia Kansas northeast to Atlantic Iowa will continue early this morning. Pockets of moderate to heavy rain will occur from Beatrice through Nebraska City through Red Oak Iowa through 4 am...where rainfall amounts could average one half to one inch or more. Rainfall amounts on the northern edge from Lincoln to Omaha to Council Bluffs will remain on the light side.
