Winter Weather Advisory, Wind Chill Advisory
Issued: 3:29 AM CST Feb. 13, 2016 – National Weather Service

... Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect until 9 am CST this
morning...
... Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 9 PM this evening to
6 PM CST Sunday...

The National Weather Service in La Crosse has issued a Winter
Weather Advisory for snow... which is in effect from 9 PM this
evening to 6 PM CST Sunday.

* Expect wind chills to range from 15 to 30 below zero through 9
am this morning.

* Also expect snow to develop late this evening... continuing into
Sunday.

* The heaviest snowfall rates will occur between 6 am and noon
Sunday.

* Total snow accumulations of 3 to 5 inches are expected.

* Look for reduced visibilities at times and plan for slick Road
conditions.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will
cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow covered
roads and limited visibilities... and use caution while driving.
The latest Road conditions for the state you are calling from can
be obtained by calling 5 1 1.

A Wind Chill Advisory means that cold air and the wind will
combine to create low wind chills. Frost bite and hypothermia can
occur if precautions are not taken. Make sure you wear a hat and
gloves.
