Flash Flood Watch in effect... through 830 PM...a ragged band of heavy showers and thunderstorms will intensify as it moves northwest at 10 to 15 mph over waters between Kauai and Oahu...and over waters south of Kauai. Winds will gust as high as 30 mph as the line passes...with dangerous cloud to surface lightning strikes accompanying the line. These heavy showers are expected to move over Kauai by 1000 PM.
