Special Statement
Statement as of 2:06 AM EDT on August 01, 2015

With the abundant rain last evening... areas of fog have developed
across portions of central Georgia. Patchy dense fog is also
present with visibility as low as a quarter of a mile. The most
concentrated areas of fog are from Americus to Eastman but this
area is expected to increase through daybreak. Motorists should be
alert for sudden changes in visibility and increase your
following distance for the morning commute.
