Through early afternoon...daytime heating will continue to be greatest across areas from about Orlando and Cape Canaveral northward. Isolated showers and storms will gradually increase in coverage and intensity in these areas. The main threat will be lightning strikes which may become frequent in a few storms...and occur out ahead of the heavy rain as the storms move east at 10 to 15 mph.
