storms redeveloping across east central Florida... Isolated storms will continue to develop across portions of lake... Volusia...Orange...Seminole and North Brevard counties and move toward the east northeast at 20 mph...affecting the intracoastal and near shore Atlantic waters. Strong winds of 40 to 50 mph will be possible along with frequent cloud to ground lightning. A large area of rain with embedded storms will move east across Osceola County and may reach Brevard County. Light to moderate rain will affect Indian River down to Martin counties.
